Chakram Terms of Service
The terms for using Chakram: The Ultimate Puzzle Hub.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms govern your use of Chakram: The Ultimate Puzzle Hub ("Chakram"), its game content, and related online services, provided by DeeprThoughts ("we", "us"). By installing or using Chakram, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use Chakram. You may play as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and Google account secure.
3. Game licence and fair play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Chakram for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with game services, leaderboards, achievements, or other players.
4. Progress, rewards and online features
Gameplay progress, achievements, points, coins, daily challenges, and leaderboards may depend on a network connection and account sign-in. We may correct, remove, or reset data affected by errors, cheating, abuse, or technical problems. In-game coins and rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not a payment instrument.
5. Custom photo puzzles
You are responsible for photos you select from your device. Do not use content that is illegal, infringes another person's rights, or is harmful. Custom puzzle photos are handled locally for gameplay and are not uploaded by Chakram.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or online services at any time. Some features may vary by device or region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Intellectual property
Chakram, its design, software, game content, and trademarks are owned by DeeprThoughts or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Chakram is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. DeeprThoughts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of progress or data arising from your use of the app.
9. Privacy and account deletion
Our handling of personal data is described in the Chakram Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through the account-deletion page.
10. Changes and contact
