Delete your Chakram account

Request permanent deletion of your Chakram account and associated game data.

Submit a deletion request

Use the email address linked to your Google sign-in. If you play as a guest, include your in-app display name and device details in the optional note so we can try to identify the account.

We will verify and process your request within 90 days. Deletion is permanent, except information we must retain to meet legal obligations.

What is deleted?

Your Chakram account and associated gameplay data, including cloud progress, game profile data, achievements, coin records, saved backups, and leaderboard entries where applicable.

Timeframe

Requests are manually reviewed and processed within 90 days.
