Shopping List: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shopping List application and related services (“Service”) provided by DeeprThoughts (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shopping List helps you create and manage shopping lists and related items across supported platforms (web and/or mobile). Certain features may require an internet connection, and some features may vary by platform or device.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You may use the Service without creating an account where supported. Some features may require sign-in or linking a third-party account (e.g., app store account).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. License & Permitted Use

• We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
• You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive source code, or resell the Service.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Lawful Use: Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store or transmit illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Content Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of items, notes, and other content you add.
• Backups: If you export or back up data (where supported), you are responsible for safeguarding and managing those backups.

6. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)

Some features may be offered as paid upgrades or subscriptions. Payments are processed via our domains (see our portfolio listing) or via app-store billing. 7. Third-Party Services & Ads

The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, AdMob, payment gateways). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or data handling by those providers.

We may update or modify the Service (including features) at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and trademarks, is owned by DeeprThoughts or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited license granted, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeeprThoughts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the applicable portion of the Service during the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeeprThoughts and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we believe is harmful, unlawful, or disruptive. You may discontinue using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest changes. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
