QuickPad: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using QuickPad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

QuickPad provides a platform for storing and managing personal notes, to-do lists, and other information on your mobile device. Users can optionally back up and restore their data using Google Drive.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account/Data Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your data on your device.
• Backup & Restore: You are responsible for managing backups and restores via Google Drive and for keeping your Google account secure.

4. Data Security

We prioritize the secure operation of the app on your device; however, data stored by QuickPad is not encrypted by the app.

5. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue QuickPad, temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app or its features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to the use of QuickPad.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
