QuickPad: Privacy Policy

How we handle your data and protect your privacy.

Last updated: July 13, 2024

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the QuickPad mobile application developed by DeeprThoughts. By using QuickPad, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in this policy.

2. Information Collection & Use

QuickPad does not collect or store any personal information or data from your device on our servers. All notes, to-dos, and other content you create are stored locally on your device.

3. Data Security

Your information (such as notes and to-do lists) is stored on your device. While we take measures to support secure operation, please note that data stored by QuickPad is not encrypted by the app. We recommend using your device’s built-in protections (e.g., screen lock, biometrics) to help safeguard your data.

4. Backup & Restore

You may optionally back up and restore your QuickPad data using Google Drive. This process is handled by Google’s services; however, the backed-up data is not encrypted by QuickPad.

5. No Data Collection or Sharing

QuickPad does not collect, store, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data remains on your device, and we do not transmit it to our servers or to third-party services.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there are no server-side mechanisms for access, correction, or deletion. Your data is entirely under your control on your device (and in your Google Drive if you choose to back up).

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Please review this Policy periodically.
