1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Keydentials (“App”) provided by DeeprThoughts (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Keydentials provides local, encrypted storage for credentials and sensitive information, with optional encrypted backups via third-party cloud providers you authorize (e.g., Google Drive).

3. License & Usage

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the App.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Device Security: Maintain the security of your device, unlock methods, and encryption key/password.
  • Backups: If you enable backups, you are responsible for managing and safeguarding them in your own cloud account.
  • Lawful Use: Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to store illegal content.

5. Third-Party Services

Cloud backup/restore uses third-party services (e.g., Google Drive). Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

6. Updates & Changes

We may update or modify the App (including features) at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeeprThoughts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms. You may discontinue using the App at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
